Lucid Builder - Step 3: Attaching descriptive text, illustrations and multimedia
In the Taxon Properties Window, you can create notes and attach multimedia items for your material.

Pictures, videos and sounds can all be attached individually or embedded directly into HTML associated with the taxon. This gives wide scope for producing keys that are informative about their material, as well as illustrating the taxa thoroughly so that identifications can be confirmed. |
Similarly, each character state can be illustrated with a picture. In the Player, states can be chosen directly from the illustration.
Lucid Builder includes an HTML editor can create Dynamic HTML, or you use your chosen editor. Anything that can be done in HTML, including JavaScript and Flash movies, can be displayed, enhancing your key's multimedia.
